'Diverse Applications' offered a refreshing look at some of the diverse styles, contexts, interventions and innovations that Art Therapists are developing towards a 21st Century practice. Speakers included Jenny Trigg on group work in a therapeutic community at Webb House in Crewe, Diana Brandenburger on her work with asylum seekers who are survivors of torture, Malcolm Learmonth and Karen Huckvale on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Assertive Outreach and art therapy, Kevin Jones on 'Randomised Control Trial' Art Therapy Research, and Ruth D. Guttfreund on her Art Therapy work with children in Jerusalem.
